Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. You may also save a delivery address, city, state, and postal code. We collect purchase details when you place an order and basic technical information needed to keep the website secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details to send email one-time codes, manage your account, prepare and deliver orders, show order status, answer customer requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing updates are sent only if you choose to receive them. Your account is activated after you verify the email code. Mobile-number verification by SMS or WhatsApp is not currently offered.
Cart feedback
If you close a bag with products in it, we may ask why you decided not to continue. You may optionally leave your name, email address, or phone number and give consent for EZSM Lifestyles to contact you about your feedback and support. Contact details are stored only when you provide that consent and are used for that follow-up, not for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We use service providers that help host the website, store its records, and deliver transactional emails. When payment and courier services are connected, the information needed to complete payment and delivery will also be shared with those providers.
Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Return and exchange evidence files are stored privately in EZSM’s Cloudflare account and retained for up to 90 days. Other records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the store. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using the account and ask us to correct or delete account information, subject to records we must retain by law. Transactional account and order messages may still be sent when needed to provide a service you requested.
Children
The store sells clothing for children, but accounts and purchases should be made by an adult or with an adult’s involvement. We do not knowingly ask children to create accounts or submit personal information on their own.
